Client Responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, business details, creative assets and access required for the agreed work.

- Provide required images, videos, logos and brand assets.
- Provide timely feedback and approvals.
- Ensure that supplied content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Maintain access credentials and permissions required for agreed platforms.
Advertising Platforms & Third-Party Services
Some services may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google, hosting providers, payment providers, analytics services or other technology platforms.
Growzest does not control the policies, algorithms, availability, approvals, pricing or technical changes of third-party platforms. Campaign performance or availability may therefore be affected by factors outside our control.
Results & Performance
Digital marketing performance depends on multiple factors, including market conditions, offer quality, competition, pricing, creative quality, audience behaviour, website experience, budget and platform performance.
Growzest does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, followers, return on advertising spend or other business results unless a specific written guarantee is expressly included in an applicable agreement.
Any examples, case studies, projections or performance figures presented on our website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a promise of identical results for every client.
Fees & Payments
Service fees, advertising budgets, third-party charges and other applicable costs will be communicated to the client before the relevant service begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are expected according to the payment schedule communicated in the proposal, invoice or service agreement.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from Growzest service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Changes, Delays & Approvals
Delays in receiving required information, approvals, access or materials from the client may affect project timelines.
Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the agreed scope. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Growzest retains rights in its own pre-existing systems, processes, templates, frameworks, know-how, code components and internal methods.
Client-owned materials such as logos, photographs, videos, trademarks and business content remain the property of the respective client or rights holder.
Ownership or licensing of final deliverables will depend on the applicable proposal, invoice or written agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Growzest services, systems or website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activities.
